CBP’s Carrier Liaison Program

January 31, 2025 
On January 24, 2025, CBP’s Carrier Liaison Program issued updated guidance to reflect all additional parole programs ordered to be terminated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The below programs are impacted by this update:

  • Uniting for Ukraine (U4U)
  • Operations Allies Welcome (OAW)
  • Family Reunification Parole (FRP)
  • Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV)
  • Safe Mobility Office (SMO)
  • Central American Minor (CAM)
Individuals holding a valid Form I-512 continue to be unaffected by any changes in relation to Executive Order Securing Our Borders.
