Updates on Pending U Visa Applications

As of July 2019, USCIS, Dept. of Homeland Security is processing cases filed in May, 2015. Deferred Action Status Approvals (commonly referred to as Temporary Approval) for U Visa cases are at cases filed in March 2015. People who believe their cases will be looked at soon if they apply for Work permits for Deferred Action status while their U Visa petitions are pending, please know that this is a myth (not true)!
