If you have a U Visa filed with USCIS, and A Bonafide Work permit Application Filed with USCIS (or not).

  1. If you have a U Visa filed with USCIS, and
  2. A Bonafide Work permit Application Filed with USCIS (or not)
  3. You need to wait for USCIS to determine if your case is Bonafide and issue you a letter and Work permit.
  4. USCIS has not said how much time it will take.
  5. USCIS has updated that it is reviewing each case one by one, making  Bonafide determination and issuing Bonafide Letters
  6. Then you can file Work permit Application, if not filed already
  7. USCIS is not charging fees for these Work permits
  8. We request your patience.
