- You need to wait for USCIS to determine if your case is Bonafide and issue you a letter and Work permit.
- USCIS has not said how much time it will take.
- USCIS has updated that it is reviewing each case one by one, making Bonafide determination and issuing Bonafide Letters
- Then you can file Work permit Application, if not filed already
- USCIS is not charging fees for these Work permits
- We request your patience.
