ABOUT RACHANA J. VIJAYATHILAKAN

Rachana J. Vijayathilakan is a licensed Attorney with a decade’s worth of experience in the legal field. She is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia and in India. Over the years, Ms. Vijayathilakan has gained experience in all areas of U.S. immigration laws, and specializes in investment and employment-based immigration. In addition to this, she also has extensive experience and success with F-1, OPT/STEM OPT, H-1B, E-3 visas. Under her supervision, our office has seen multiple EB-5, E-2, L-1, and R-1 approvals.
