Ms. Fanny Pamela Kane has over 9 years of experience in family immigration law and removal defense immigration cases. Mrs. Kane is originally from Honduras and is fluent in Spanish and English. She assists our attorneys with family-based petitions, applications for permanent residency and naturalization, VAWA petitions for victims of spousal abuse, removal defense and asylum claims, waivers of inadmissibility, and filing for alternative relief for childhood arrivals and victims of violent crimes under the DACA and U-Nonimmigrant Visa programs, respectively.
