ATTORNEY

Ashish Ranjan is an attorney at Bhavya Chaudhary and Associates LLC, where he practices U.S. immigration law with a focus on complex immigration matters, including removal defense. He brings over seven years of experience in the field of law, combining rigorous academic training with substantial practical advocacy to represent individuals before U.S. immigration courts and federal courts.

Mr. Ranjan completed his Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Honors) from Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, India. He was awarded the Best Law Student of India by the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) and the Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy and Training (MILAT), in collaboration with Penn State Law, Pennsylvania. This prestigious recognition earned him a fully funded scholarship to pursue an LL.M. at Penn State Law, USA.

During his LL.M. studies, Mr. Ranjan served as a Student Clinician at the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic at Penn State Law, where he worked closely with immigrant clients, conducted in-depth legal research, assisted in asylum and other humanitarian protection cases, and developed a strong foundation in immigration litigation and advocacy.

Mr. Ranjan joined Bhavya Chaudhary and Associates LLC as part of the firm’s immigration practice, where he represents clients in a wide range of matters, including removal defense, asylum, and other humanitarian relief. He is a qualified attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New York and represents clients before U.S. immigration courts and federal courts nationwide.

Mr. Ranjan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is known for his disciplined approach, strong legal research and writing skills, and a deep commitment to protecting the rights of immigrants through effective, ethical, and client-centered advocacy. He is fluent in English and Hindi.
