Update, October 2026: USCIS now handles most biometrics rescheduling through your USCIS online account, at least 12 hours before the appointment. Call the USCIS Contact Center (800-375-5283) instead if the appointment is less than 12 hours away, you have already rescheduled it two or more times, or the date has passed. USCIS announced that applicants, petitioners, requestors, and beneficiaries may now call the USCIS Contact Center (800-375-5283) to reschedule their biometric services appointments scheduled at a USCIS ASC.
