T. Richard Quan is a senior consultant at Bhavya Chaudhary & Associates, LLC. He received his B.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. He has studied law in the United States, Japan, and England, including International and Human Rights Law at Oxford University. Prior to attending law school he worked under the guidance of a Pro Bono Award winning immigration attorney in North Carolina.
Quan has vast experience working for and/or handling projects for law firms in New York City, Washington D.C., and Atlanta, to name three. He has handled some of the most complex immigration cases and helped countless Fortune 500 corporate executives, university professors, engineers, physicians, scientists, artists and musicians, and professionals from across the world achieved their American dream, professionals affiliated with major global institutions and corporations.
He specialized in handling employment-base immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions including O-1 visa petitions for aliens with extraordinary ability; I-140 EB-1 petitions for aliens with extraordinary ability, outstanding professors and researchers; and I-140 EB-2 petitions for aliens with exceptional ability in the national interest and alien with advanced degree in the national interest.
Quan is also a published novelist and the author of an immigration and travel handbook, Handbook for Immigrants: Visas, Lawyers & Resources.
