Rachel S. Binstock
Rachel S. Binstock is Associate Attorney at Bhavya Chaudhary and Associate. Rachel was born and raised in Atlanta, where she attended Riverwood High School before attending the University of Maryland, College Park, where she majored in Jewish Studies and Criminology. Rachel went on to study law at the Hofstra University School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of International Business and Law. Rachel’s article, Cuban Baseball Players, the Unlucky Ones: United States-Cuban Professional Baseball Relations Should be an Integral Part of the United States-Cuba Relationship, was published in the Journal’s 10th volume.
Rachel’s interest in immigration law started when she moved to Australia with her husband for 15 months. Upon return she began pursuing American Immigration law and has worked in this field ever since.
Rachel is admitted to the New York State Bar, the Georgia Bar, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her young family, puppy, friends, and extended family; watching sports (especially the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and Maryland Basketball); reading; traveling; and outdoor activities.
